Your account is where your certificates live, and it’s how we tie an incoming package to the right test. It’s free — you only pay when you place an order.
Registering as an individual takes about thirty seconds, and the order form opens as soon as you’re in. A business account also gives us the details we invoice against, which is a minute more.
Individual
Testing your own material. Your name on the certificate, and coupon codes work on your orders.
Business
Your company name on certificates and invoices, in place of your personal name.
Coupon codes do not apply to business accounts.
Because we invoice you, this one asks for a little more: the registered company name, a billing contact and phone number, and the registered address. A tax ID if you want it on the invoice.
Pick one when you register. It decides what is printed on your certificates and what you pay, so the lab has to move you afterwards rather than you switching it yourself — though a business can change its own address, contact and phone whenever they move.

Samples must not be intended for human or veterinary use. A certificate reports what we measure and is never a recommendation to use, buy or sell anything.
